How does it work?

Ordering a commission from me works like this:

1. Announcement on Twitter

I open commissions via public post on Twitter, so if there is none pinned to my profile then they are currently closed.

I don't currently

keep a waiting list as I am working on ongoing comic pages for Sweet Leaves which means the waiting list would be too long and slow for now.

I am still taking 1-2 commissions on the side most months so keep an eye on my social media if you are interested!

2. Order Form

The form to order a commission is at the bottom of this page! I plan on keeping it open for a few days before accepting and invoicing commissions.

If there is a lot of interest then I will choose commissions that I feel most able to complete before my

deadline. I will contact you if your commission is chosen and will send an invoice via PayPal.

3. My Queue

I like to use Trello to stay organised and keep everyone updated without having to send a lot of messages.

I will still contact you directly to send a sketch WIP and any feedback but will post any further WIPs of your commission on Trello.

You can still contact me for any edits you see along the way!

If you would like your commission kept private let me know in advance!

Simple Lineless

Bust: £30 GBP

Half Body: £40 GBP

Full Body: £50 GBP

Simple, shapely colour cut-out style drawings of your character with simple shading! Transparent background as standard but I can also export a background in a colour of your choice if you wish, just let me know.

I do not offer WIPs or refunds for these to keep the turnaround time quick, so please be as detailed as possible with your request!

Colour Sketch

Bust: £30 GBP

Half Body: £40 GBP

Full Body: £50 GBP

These are loose drawings with simple colour and shading. As such the linework will be of varying opacity and the colours may not be cleanly applied upon close inspection. Please check the examples carefully!

I do not offer WIPs or refunds for these to keep the turnaround time quick, so please be as detailed as possible with your request!

Ink + Flat Colour

Bust: £60 GBP

Half Body: £70 GBP

Full Body: £90 GBP

Prices per character

Clean coloured outlines with cleanly applied colouring. No shading! Plain or gradient background, props/simple background elements can be discussed and may incur an additional fee.

(Examples shown are all full body.)

Ink + Shading

Bust + Icons: £85 GBP

Half Body: £110 GBP

Full Body: £140 GBP

Prices per character

Clean coloured outlines with detailed shading! Simple gradient background as standard but props and background elements can be discussed and may incur an additional fee.

Icons are cropped to a square ratio and can include a simple background.

(Examples shown are fully body and icons.)

Paintings

Bust: £100 GBP

Half Body: £140 GBP

Full Body: £180 GBP

Prices per character

Digital paintings differ from inked drawings in that there is no outlining process and textures and lighting are sculpted in one layer. The result is softer, with more subtle colours and details. I usually work at around 6500 px so these are great for printing!

Terms of Service

Payment

I currently accept payment in GBP (British Pound Sterling).

Refunds will not be accepted, unless at my own discretion, such as if I cannot complete the work.

PayPal only

I invoice with PayPal.

I currently do not accept payment through any other service.

Digital Artwork

You are paying for a custom digital artwork and so will not receive any physical goods.

Digital files will be sent upon completion.

License

I retain the rights to all work including the right to showcase and sell the art. The client may not use the artwork for any profitable purpose.

Art may be used for all non-profit personal use.

If you would like full rights to the artwork including the right to sell copies, then you can message me and we can discuss.

An additional fee is required for full ownership and usage rights.

My artwork and any parts of it may not be used for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or in any way on any cryptocurrency blockchain without my written permission.

Keep in mind

SFW only please. Pin-up poses, adult humour and cartoon things are okay, though I consider everything on a case-by-case basis.

I prefer not accept commissions for characters not owned by the client and this can include trademarked characters. I highly prefer to work with characters you own or with the permission of the person who owns the character.

Refunds & Cancellation

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason, including discomfort with the request or discomfort with the conduct of the client.

All refunds are at my own discretion. I reserve the right to refuse a refund after a sketch has been started, though a partial refund at this stage can be negotiated. I reserve the right to refuse a refund if a lot of work has been completed.

PayPal fees deducted from the payment will not be refunded.

Please be aware that any refunds may take some time to carry out as I may have to replace your slot in my queue.

Time frame

I cannot guarantee any deadlines!

If you would like your art to be finished before a deadline, please tell me up front and try to allow at least one month or more, depending on the type of work!

Edits

I am always happy to make edits and changes within reason, so don't be afraid to ask. I do not take offence to redlines, so please feel free!

I may however charge an additional fee for any very large and time-consuming edits or redos at any stage of the commission, or if too much time is being spent on repeat edits.

Please be as detailed as possible with your request if you have very particular preferences! If it isn't working out and you wish to cancel, I reserve the right to only offer a partial refund for the time spent on the work.

Agreement

When you send a form, you must agree to my Terms of Service.

You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms of Service at the end of the form.
